Logo History

  

Our logo was designed by a student and incorporates both the geography and the history of the area on which Mount Erin is situated.

The enlarged “M” reflects the geographical location of the school on the top of Mount Erin, one of the two highest points in the Frankston area. The wheels and general shape of the logo resemble a “Cobb & Co.” coach. The College is located on the original stop over point for these coaches when they travelled from Melbourne to Gippsland
